About Us
Our Journey
Our journey began simply, with a belief that better teaching materials could lead to better learning.
As we worked more closely with schools, one thing became clear. Teaching materials were necessary, but they were not enough on their own to create better teaching and learning.
We began to see a deeper problem inside the system. Teachers were spending hours teaching, checking papers, and working closely with students, yet still struggling to clearly see where students were truly stuck. Students were trying hard, but many were carrying one missed concept from lesson to lesson and chapter to chapter.
We also saw the same challenge from the school leadership side. School leaders wanted to support both teachers and students, but marks alone could not show where learning was actually breaking. They could see the results, but not the reason behind them, and that made it harder to guide the right support.
Over time, we came to understand that one of the biggest gaps in our education system is the gap of not knowing where the real learning gap is. That realization led us to build School Sherpa.

The Founder's Reflection
Somewhere, right now, a child is being told to try harder — when the real problem still has no name.
One missed idea moves from lesson to lesson, exam to exam, year to year. By the time it appears in marks, the gap is already bigger than it needed to be.
I believe this is one of the quiet failures of education, not because people are not working hard. Students are trying. Teachers are giving their best. Schools are searching for answers. Parents are hoping. But too often, the system sees the result before it sees the reason
That is why we built SchoolSherpa.
SchoolSherpa is a learning intelligence platform that helps schools turn everyday student work into clear insight. A weak answer is not just a mistake. It is a signal that shows where learning is breaking, why it is breaking, and what support is needed next. We want to help schools move from marks to meaning, from late reaction to early support, from guessing to knowing.
Because a child should not have to fail before the system understands where they were lost.
Our Footprint
Across classrooms, teachers and school leaders are beginning to see learning more clearly — turning invisible gaps into actionable steps.

Partnerships
We work alongside academic, CSR, and content partners to build a stronger educational foundation — one that supports clarity, not just performance.

Collaboration is at the core of what we build. Because solving learning gaps at scale requires more than one perspective — it requires alignment across the ecosystem.
